The students of class 3-K aroused the spirit of patriotism by showcasing glimpses of the life of the rebel general in the revolt of 1857,Tantia Tope. Born as Ramachandra Panduranga Yawalkar to a Marathi Brahmin family in Yeola , he fought against the British many battles,with the other freedom fighters. Through enactments,songs,poem and dances, the students provided a deep insight into his effective campaigns which helped India revive the spirit of freedom and emerge a winner.

Headmistress Ms.S.Sindhwani congratulated the teacher and students on commendable work . She also advised students to contribute their bit by following the virtues of honesty, sincerity and helping others as a tribute to the unsung hero of the freedom struggle- Tantia Tope
