VARIOUS ACTIVITIES IN KULACHI (SENIOR WING)

1. Nutty Veggie Uppams with Coconut Chutney
The students of Healthy Alternatives - the Health Club of KHMS prepared Uppams with lots of vegetables and nuts. They learned the art of making healthy and tasty breakfast/ evening snack which is highly flavourfull and nutritious.The activity was conducted with 7, 8,9 and 10 class students . The students enthusiastically participated in this activity and they also came up with innovative ideas of preparing and serving their preparations.
2. Block Printing
The students of Paridhan- the fashion club of KHMS learned the art of Block Printing, which is a part of deep roots of Indian heritage.The students of classes 9 and 10 tried their hands as they prepared the pallets with foam sheet and dipped their selected blocks in the print paste to print. They all enjoyed it and were excited while doing the work.

On Friday, 28 July 2023, the Kulachi Global Club-Generation Global organized BEAT PLASTIC POLLUTION CAMPAIGN, DAY-1 for class 7&8 under the guidance and leadership of Supervisory Incharge (7&8) Mrs. Charu Gambhir Bajaj. Students created reusable paper and cloth bags using newspaper/ old clothes and unleashed their creative sides to the fullest while being sustainable development heroes in their respective classrooms with their class teachers.
Generation Global club coordinator-Ms. Pallavi Marwah visited all classes along with Generation Global Student Ambassadors to raise awareness about the No Plastic Pollution Campaign and demonstrate ‘how to make paper bags-DIY’ to them. Club coordinator- Ms.Princi Girotra led the Beat Plastic Pollution pledge and all the students followed her lead:
The earth has the plastic problem to solve,
To help her, today I resolve
To do my bit, small or large,
To keep plastic litter on land and oceans far I pledge to practice the 8 R’s-
Rethink, Refuse, Reduce, Recycle, Repair, Re-gift, Recover, and Reuse.
And stop using plastic meant for single use!
