Akshit Bansal(8 J), Ankit Jha(9 B) has been selected in ATL Entrepreneur BOOTcamp .It was two-month-long Summer Bootcamp. Designed for school students ,9,000 participants across 32 states and 298 districts. The whole bootcamp was designed to instil an innovative mindset as well as to help students go from an idea to a venture in a short time, by trying, failing and trying again.

Design Thinking webinar in collaboration with IncubateINDX exclusively for the students of *Classes 9-12 .more than 100 students have been enrolled for this webinar and the resource person was Mr. Sunil Sangra(an MBA from IIM-Lucknow (a top-5 B-school in India)

We are delighted and proud to announce that our two teams: Problem Solver lead by Akshit Bansal of class 8 and Chakshoe by Harshit Rai Verma of class 11 have chosen among the Top 400 teams at the prestigious contest IFT#3 Youth Challenge held by the Indian Future Tacoon Empower. The focus of IFT is to build an entrepreneurial mindset through engaging content and interactive fun learning.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi Thursday launched SAFAL (Structured assessment for analysing learning), and ‘AI For All’ joint initiative in collaboration with the Intel,Ministry of Education and CBSE on the first anniversary of National Education Policy 2020,

The purpose of this initiative is creating a basic understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) for everyone in India. Based on Intel’s AI For Citizens program.More than 50 students of class 9 and 10 have become bearers of AI Aware and AI Appreciate badges. It aims to demystify AI for people from all walks of life – a student, a stay at home parent, a professional in any field, a senior citizen - basically, anyone interested in getting acquainted with it and wanting to build a ‘Digital First Mindset'

30 girls of class 9-10 have been selected for the Shecode Innovation Programme 2.0.It is a country wide program that has been launched by Niti Aayog's AIM in collaboration with Dell Technologies supported by LLF, which is geared towards building foundation skills amongst the girl students by building capacities among them & ensuring increased participation of the girl students’ in all ATL initiatives.

It is one of its kind, girl focused initiative that nurtures young girls to become problem solver, innovators and creators.

Silver STAR Award in GVC Mini Competition

KHMS bagged Silver Star Award in the Mini GVC Contest 2017-18(June-August) for the website on the topic Embracing our Differences. Students of following schools collaborated and created the website https://sites.google.com/gsbi.org/gvcm1709/home

Raghav Kapoor Class XI was awarded a certificate and a pin by the Principal Ms. Sneh Verma . Raghav has been adjudged the dialogue champion of September, 2018 by Mr. Ian Jamison, Head of the Education Department of Generation Global. His performance in the video conference about 'Peace and Reconciliation ' held on 21 Sep. 2018 ( International Peace Day) was remarkable as he displayed excellence in his dialogue skills.

National Achievements

Congratulations!! We are proud of our students!! WISE is a collaborative effort of United Nations Information Center in India and Bhutan (UNIC) , The EU delegation in India (EUD), Danish Water Forum (DWF) and India-EU WISE Environment olympiad was organized at National level. It is heartening to share that Manya Chhabra of class 9B got first prize. She has received a gold medal, a certificate and a cash prize of Rs 25000. And Pavitre Singh of class 7I bagged 3rd prize. He has received a bronze medal, a certificate and a cash prize of Rs 10000.
20.1.2019 A proud moment for KHMS ! The Prototype Trash to Cash under theme waste Management made by students Pranav Mangla and Keerat Kaur is selected at state level in CBSE Regional level Science Exhibition 2018-19 held at Heritage School, Rohini. The Prototype has also qualified for competing at National level.

State Level

Ashna Mittal of class 10 B has cleared the international Exam of German language FIT in Deutsch 2 and won the scholarship to join the youth camp in Bhimtal. This camp is fully financed by Goethe Institute of Delhi.
Kulachi Hansraj Model School bagged Second Position in State Level Patriotic Song Competition by Govt. of National Capital Territory of Delhi on 15. 2. 2018 .Our students presented “ wo din hai kitna dur” which was highly appreciated by all. 20 students received a cash prize of Rs. 7500.

19.10.2019	ABHIVYAKTI The theatre society of KULACHI HANSRAJ MODEL SCHOOL , ASHOK VIHAR performed NUKKAD NATAK 'Vo Din' (based on the problems faced by females during their menstrual cycle) AT DISTRICT LEVEL and won 2nd prize.

Inter School and Others

Third Prize in Street Play Competition	An exhibition umdenken was organized at Max Mueller Bhavan. The focus of the exhibition was on environment. Best Speaker Award	Delhi Public School R.K. Puram had organized an Inter School Science Festival Scientia est Potentia on April 28, 2018. The team from our school participated in a debate on the topic ‘Mars in the new address of Earth’. It is our proud privilege to announce that Goma Arora has got the Best Speaker award. She gets a trophy and a certificate for her achievement. 35 schools all over Delhi participated in the event.
First Prize Nukkad Natak	Pratibimb – The Dramatics Society of Hansraj Model School Punjabi Bagh, had organized Rangmanch. 42 schools all over Delhi participated in the event and it is extremely heartening to announce that the team from our school performed a nukkad natak Ladli and we bagged the 1st prize. 'Hour of code'	The students of class 7th & 8th participated in 'Hour of code' this year, a world wide effort to celebrate computer science, starting with one hour coading activities where almost 70 students scored 200 certificates. This grass root campaign is supported by 400 partners world wide including Microsoft, Apple, Amazon etc.
Winner Generation Global Picture of the Month Contest	Aditya Adhana (7I) has been declared the winner of the ' Generation Global Picture of the Month' contest. Over 70 students from 10 countries shared their pictures.
First Prize in Prashn Manch	Mayank (8J) bagged first prize in Prashn Manch held at Arya Samaj Ashok Vihar.
First Prize in Speech competition	Atharv Chauhan of Class 8-G participated in a speech competition conducted in Arya Samaj Ashok Vihar, Phase-I. The topic of speech was Characteristics of Lord Krishna. It is heartening to share that he bagged FIRST PRIZE out of 11 school entries. He got Rs. 500/- and a book.
