Merit Awards

Outstanding Category

• Students are recognized for their achievements in all classes.
• Recognition of special abilities for the students of Classes I-II.
• Students of classes III-V securing 95% and above.
• Cambridge Section classes III-VI securing 90% and above.
• Students of classes VI-X securing 90% and above.
• Students of classes XI securing first three positions in their respective sections.
• Toppers of class X securing first three positions.
• Subject Toppers of Class X with the highest score in the Board Examination.
• Students of Classes XI and XII securing 90% and above.
• Toppers of Class XI-XII in Science, Commerce, Humanities, FDGT and IT stream.
• Subject Toppers of Class XI and XII with the highest scores in the Board Examination.

The Scholar Titles

The System begins from class III onwards

For a student placed in the outstanding category

• In the first year, he/ she will be awarded a merit certificate.
•  In the second consecutive year, he/ she will be awarded a certificate and trophy.
•  In the third consecutive year, he/she will be awarded a scholar badge
•  In the fourth consecutive year, he/she will be awarded a scholar badge
•  In the fifth consecutive year, he/she will be awarded a scholar badge
•  In the sixth consecutive year, he/she will be awarded a blue scholar blazer and a badge.
•  In the seventh consecutive year, he/she will be awarded a scholar badge
•  In the eighth consecutive year, he/she will be awarded a blazer and green badge

In case of new admissions the title system will begin from the session of joining the school.

Best in different activities of SUPW - for a student, of class XII who has been studying in the school since class VI, adjudged by a panel of judges.

Santosh Taneja Memorial Award - for the topper of Class IX.

 Gyan Prakash Chopra Memorial Award - for the Girl topper of Class X.

Pranav Devgan Memorial Scholarship - for the Commerce Topper of Class XI.

Principal’s Special Award - for a student of class XII who has been studying in the school since class VI, at the discretion of the Principal.

Darbari Lal Memorial All Rounder of the School Award - for a student who has been studying in the school since Class II and has maintained a consistently outstanding record in academics, sports and co-curricular activities and is well versed in moral values and ethics.
