1. KHMS belives in providing all kinds of psychological and socio-emotional support to all teachers. With the aim of that, an experiential session on Emotional Healing was conducted on 12 September 2023 for teachers.
The expert speaker Ms. Mitthul and Ms. Anandmai provided a practical exposure of Emotional freedom technique (EFT) as an alternative treatment for physical pain and emotional distress.
Various other topics of Self-Love, Self- Care, Anger Management and Emotional Stability were also discussed. It was indeed a much needed and enjoyable session.
2. KHMS strongly believes that teachers are indispensable in our entire education system and so is their mental health and well being. A happy teacher exudes positivity which directly impacts the learning environment for students.
With the aim of that an Insightful and Interactive Session was held on "Mental Health and Wellbeing of Teachers" on 16 September 2023 by Dr. Jitendra Nagpal, a renowned Psychiatrist and Mental Health Advocate.
Discussion was held on important topics like Ensuring our own well being, balancing work and personal life, handling challenges and ways to promote importance of Mental Health in school.
It was a very effective, meaningful and thought provoking session.
