Events Description
Literature Fest - Spell Bee Competition
 
 
As part of the school's Literature Fest ,a  Spell Bee competition was organized for the students of Class 6. The event saw enthusiastic participation from the students, who actively engaged in the challenge and showcased their spelling skills. 
The competition not only created a lively and competitive atmosphere but also served as an excellent platform for students to enhance their vocabulary and language proficiency. Through this activity, students learnt  new words,
 improved  their spelling accuracy, and developed a deeper interest in the English language.

Literature Fest: Word Pyramid Activity
 

As part of the exciting Literature Fest, the students of Class 5 participated in a creative and engaging activity called the Word Pyramid. Students were challenged to form as many meaningful words.

It was a fun and educational exercise.

As a part of the Literature Fest, Class 6 students enthusiastically participated in

the Spell Bee. The event was met with great excitement and energy, as students

eagerly took part in spelling challenges designed to enhance their vocabulary

  Literature Fest Workshop for Classes 1 and 2

 

 

 

 

 

 
 
As part of the much-anticipated Literature Fest, a special workshop was
organized for the students of Classes 1 and 2. The session aimed to cultivate
a love for reading among young learners and help them understand the
significance of books in their lives.
 
The highlight of the workshop was the presence of renowned children's
author Eesha Gupta ,  best known for her delightful book " The Fabulous
Fruits". With warmth and enthusiasm, Ms. Gupta engaged the young
audience by talking about her book and the inspiration behind it.

She took the students on a journey through colorful pages filled with stories
about fruits, their benefits, and fun facts, sparking curiosity and excitement
among the children.
 

       Literature Fest Celebrations

 

 

 

 

 

 
  As part of the vibrant Literature Fest celebrations, a special interactive
  session was organized for the students of Classes 5 and 6. The session
  featured the esteemed author, Ms. Shweta Kochhar, who engaged with
  the young learners in a lively and inspiring discussion. Ms. Kochhar shared
  valuable insights on the importance of reading and how cultivating a reading  
  habit can significantly enhance one’s imagination, vocabulary, and     
  overall personality.

  The students participated enthusiastically, asking questions and sharing their
  own reading experiences. The session not only motivated them to read more
  but also helped them understand the lifelong benefits of being a regular reader.  
 It was truly an enriching experience that left a lasting impression on the  young 
  minds.
 

 

     Foundation Day Havan

 
 

 
The 54th Foundation Day of the school was celebrated at the Primary Wing
 with a beatific Havan in which members of the KHMS family sought  
 blessings for the school, it's members and prayed for world peace. 
 
  It was a  day of joy and celebrations for all!

      Literature Fest Activity – Book Jacket Making

 

 

 
As part of the Literature Fest Preparations, a creative and engaging Book Jacket
Making Activity was conducted for the students.
 
In this activity, students designed their own book jackets using vibrant colours,
llustrations, and imaginative layouts.
 

      Nature Walk 
 
 
The students of Class  6 went on a nature walk to a nearby garden to experience
the beauty of nature up close.
 
As they walked through the garden.They observed different types of trees, plants,
flowers, and birds. 
 
The nature walk was not only educational but also a fun-filled and memorable
experience for everyone. It helped the students develop a deeper appreciation
for the environment and the need to protect it.
