दिनांक 21-11-2025 को कुलाची हंसराज मॉडल स्कूल में वंदे मातरम" की 150वीं वर्षगांठ के अवसर पर भारत सरकार द्वारा मनाए जा रहे राष्ट्रव्यापी उत्सव में अपनी भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक भव्य कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया , जिसके अंतर्गत कक्षा 8-9 के विद्यार्थियों ने भाषण , कविता-पाठ , गायन एवं साक्षात्कार के माध्यम से वंदे मातरम् गीत के ऐतिहासिक और राष्ट्रीय महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला ।

इस अवसर पर संवर्धन न्यास नामक संस्था के प्रतिनिधियों द्वारा विद्यालय में आयोजित ‘वंदे मातरम् पोस्टर निर्माण’ प्रतियोगिता के विजेताओं को पुरस्कृत भी किया ।

वंदे मातरम के साथ जुड़े देशप्रेम और देशभक्ति के भावों ने सभा में उपस्थित सभी अतिथियों को भाव-विभोर कर दिया।

“The children of today will make the India of tomorrow.” - Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru

Vivekanand house organised a Special Assembly on the occasion of Children’s Day.

The theme “Celebrating Curiosity – The Spirit of Childhood” was showcased through a heartfelt poem, a melodious group song, a powerful role play, and an energetic dance performance.

Students also paid a warm tribute to Chacha Nehru, highlighting his belief in nurturing children’s curiosity and imagination.  Principal Ma’am shared inspiring words on keeping children’s sense of wonder and spirit of exploration alive. It proved to be a vibrant celebration of childhood, curiosity, joy, and the spirit of learning.

'NAVIKRIT' KHMS Interact Club Hosts the 16th Annual Extempore Debate Competition at India International Centre

'NAVIKRIT' The Interact Club of Kulachi Hansraj Model School, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Delhi Garden City, successfully organized the 16th Annual Extempore Debate Competition at the India International Centre, New Delhi. The event brought together 19 esteemed schools from across the region, fostering an atmosphere of intellectual engagement and articulate expression.

The competition stood as a testament to the students’ exemplary management and organizational skills. Day 1 featured a series of insightful and thought-provoking debates, with the KHMS team delivering an impressive performance and advancing to Round 3. Following rigorous rounds of debating, four teams qualified for the semifinals.

Day 2 witnessed intense and captivating debates during the semifinal and final rounds. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Principal Mrs. Archna Koul, whose words of encouragement inspired the participants and added prestige to the occasion. After a gripping and closely contested finale, Delhi Public School, GBN, emerged as the winner of the competition.

The event concluded on an inspiring note, celebrating the spirit of critical thinking, confident expression, and healthy competition that defines the true essence of debating.

Ourschool students now taking their street plays to Delhi University colleges, spreading awareness beyond school boundaries and becoming young ambassadors of social responsibility.

Delhi Police continues to lead the way in spreading awareness on important issues — from cyber safety to drug prevention — and we are proud to contribute through the impactful medium of theatre.

TECH4US × DISCIPLINE BRIGADE

30 October 2025 marked the Induction Ceremony of the Tech4Us Club and the Discipline Brigade.

The former witnessed a celebration of digital excellence as achievers were honoured, and the Digital Wellness Oath was solemnly taken — a pledge to foster responsibility and empathy in the online world.

In the latter, members were pinned badges by Principal Ma’am and incharges, vowing to uphold the motto “Marching with Morals.”

The assembly concluded with Principal Ma’am’s inspiring words on the three D’s — Decorum, Discipline, and Duty — guiding virtues in both real and digital life.

On 16th October 2025, *Navikrit – The Kulachi Interact Club* organised a Winter Collection Drive for an *Old Age Home*. The club members collected warm clothes, socks,caps, tea-time snacks, soaps, medicines, and other essentials for the elderly. This initiative beautifully reflects the spirit of “Service Above Self” We received tremendous response from students, teachers and parents.

Yeh Diwali Humare Elders Ke Naam!

Special Assembly, a delightful collaboration between Hansraj and Indira House, beautifully intertwined the essence of Elders’ Day with the radiance of Diwali. The celebration unfolded with a divine Ganesh and Saraswati Vandana, a stirring nukkad natak “Budhapa: Humari Zimmedari,” A glimpse of the epic Ramayana which enthralled the audience,a melodious bhajan, a heartfelt letter and a grandson’s musical ode to his grandfather.

Adding to the day’s significance, Mrs. Meenakshi and Mr. Ajay Goel, our proud alumni and Guests of Honour, inaugurated Room No. 7—a modern and vibrant learning space made possible through their generous contribution.

Also ,a special mention of the grandparents ,the roots of our existence who came as guests radiating warmth and showered us with their blessings

The grand finale-a Garba, illuminated the auditorium with warmth, reverence, and festive joy—making this Diwali a luminous tribute to the guiding lights of our lives—our elders.

The Prayas Club (Mental Health and Life Skills Club) of KHMS organized a special assembly on the theme “The Power of Positive Words.” Students presented role plays, poems, and activities encouraging everyone to use kind and uplifting language. Teachers also shared positive words for students. Madam Principal’s inspiring message motivated all to choose words that heal and spread positivity.

The assembly beautifully reminded everyone that positive words not only brighten minds but also strengthen hearts.

DAV Run at Kulachi Hansraj Model School: A Spirited Gandhi Jayanti Tribute

In a vibrant celebration of Gandhi Jayanti, Kulachi Hansraj Model School organized a spirited DAV Run, turning Mahatma Gandhi's timeless message of unity, health, and selfless service into a powerful expression of fitness, responsibility, and national pride.
The event saw enthusiastic participation from students across various classes, who came together for a 2 km "Run for Fun". Brimming with energy, patriotism, and a strong sense of purpose, the students ran not just for physical wellness but to pay tribute to Bapu’s ideals in a modern, active form.
Kulachi Hansraj Model School continues to lead by example, showing how meaningful traditions can be reimagined to inspire the youth and strengthen the nation's future.
 

Heritage Club Visit to Bharat Darshan Park

On 04.02.2025, the students of Classes VII, VIII, and IX who are members of the Heritage Club went on an exciting educational trip to Bharat Darshan Park. The visit was filled with learning, exploration, and fun. At the park, students admired beautiful replicas of famous monuments from across India, all creatively made from waste and scrap materials. They saw amazing structures like the Charminar, Taj Mahal, Qutub Minar, Gateway of India, and many more — all built with great craftsmanship. The trip helped students learn more about India’s rich cultural and architectural heritage in an enjoyable way. It was truly a memorable and inspiring experience for everyone.
