- April 23 is designated as WORLD BOOK DAY to encourage people to enjoy reading.The 2024 theme 'Read Your Way' emphasises nurturing a love for reading.
To commemorate the day,
30 minutes time was set aside for students of classes 1-6 at the start of the day for DEAR activity.
The goal of DEAR is to encourage independent silent reading among children.
DEAR time is a step towards instilling in children love for reading and helping them become proficient readers.
- Even small actions can yield significant transformations.
The Pre Primary Cambridge students planted seeds for the future and pledged to maintain the beauty of our planet. Through crafting beautiful creations, they were reminded of the Earth's irreplaceable value.

Activity - Hands-On Geography: Ice Cream Stick Latitude and Longitude Activity
Ice cream stick activity was done in class which was a tactile demonstration, helping students differentiate between horizontal latitude lines and vertical longitude lines. By physically arranging the sticks to represent these concepts, students gained a concrete understanding of the relationship between latitude and longitude, enhancing their spatial awareness and geographical knowledge.

On the occasion of Earth Day, to make students aware of their responsibility towards Earth , the learners of Cambridge Class 2 discussed various ways and measures to save Mother Earth and presented them beautifully on a cut- out of hand emphasising the fact that taking care of our planet is in our own hands. They took a pledge to spread the word to all and do their bit always.

The Cambridge curriculum instills confidence in learners with regular exposure to enactment ,dialogue delivery,expression, and use of body language and emotions. The learners become confident in their abilities and are better equipped to adapt, innovate, and navigate through various situations.
Confidence empowers the learners to communicate effectively and collaborate with others.
